For qualified applicants, a variety of financing programs are available through preferred Spark vendors. Choose from a number of different leasing or financing options.
With your good credit, Spark products may require no down payment. The most common options include a 10% TRAC Lease and a $1 Residual Value Lease.
Interest rates will depend on your credit score.
If you've been in business less than two years, we can help you get funded. If you've been in business longer than two years, we have other financing options that may offer better terms or a lower interest rate. Please call for details.

Terms and Conditions:
The information contained herein is subject to change without notice. By purchasing the Product, and by operating it you agree to accept and abide by all Terms and Conditions listed in this document. The words "you," your", "yours", and “Buyer” mean the person or legal entity who purchases the Product. "We," "our", "us", and “Company” refer to Spark Truck Equipment LLC.
Disclaimer:
The Company acts as a broker for certain Products and components that are manufactured by other companies in a variety of locations and sold under the Spark brand. It is the full responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain the validity and legality of said Products PRIOR to purchase. It is therefore NOT the responsibility of Company, manufacturer, financing broker, dealer or any reseller of the Product to apply for and obtain a permit or validate the legality of said Product in Buyer’s geographic area. Product may be subject to ticketing, fines or possible impoundment if law states that product is not permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to obtain necessary insurance coverage for the Product. Buyer is NOT entitled to a refund due to Buyer’s negligence in following disclaimer. Buyer agrees to purchase Product “As-Is” with Limited Warranty on Parts & Labor. The Product does not have product liability associated with it. By buying the Product, you agree that you have read these terms and agree in full with the contents therein.
Payment Policies
All sales are final and are non-refundable. If you have financed or leased the Product from a third-party financing provider, the contract for payment is between you and the financing company and/or bank. We do not have any affiliation with any leasing or financing third party vendor other than to simply provide an introduction.
Printed Graphics
All printed graphics must adhere to common law for signage and decency as dictated by your state, local or municipal law. You are solely responsible for any fines, imprisonment or confiscation of the Product if you fail to obey the laws in your area.
Indemnification
You alone are responsible for any and all traffic accidents or hazards created by the Product, whether or not said hazard/accident is caused by proper or improper and/or illegal driving conduct. You agree to hold the Company harmless from any and all lawsuits, fines, and confiscation that may arise from the usage and or ownership of the Product.
Limited Warranty
If the Product was supplied with a vehicle chassis, that chassis may be covered under its own original manufacturer’s limited warranty, but under no circumstances is the Company responsible for any claim related to the vehicle chassis. The Product may contain components that are covered under their own original equipment manufacturer’s limited warranty, which may provide compensation for defects in workmanship from the component’s original manufacturer. Such warranties often range from 90 days to one-year in duration. Due to the unique nature of the Product and its intended use, Product is provided "as is." The Company can provide, upon request, warranty claim information for you if you experience difficulty with any covered component. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by excessive speed, heat or cold, rough terrain, improper care or any accident that may befall the Product. The Company may, at its option, elect to repair or replace certain failed components directly and seek reimbursement from the manufacturer of a failed component, but is not required to do so. Company is not liable for any loss of revenue resulting from your inability to use the Product for any reason.
General
Regardless of any method or place of delivery for the Product, it is understood that this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, County of Baldwin. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Company without notice and represent the entire agreement between the parties.
